I know it can be challenging to make changes to your diet and create new healthy habits. But remember to simply make small steps each day towards your goals and towards becoming a better version of yourself.
If you have a day or a weekend where you overindulge, it doesn't mean all your previous efforts have gone out the window! Don’t wait until “next Monday” to start again, instead focus on your new healthier choice.
