I have created this Exercise Execution video library to help you learn correct exercise execution so you can maximise your training, avoid injury, and progress faster towards your fitness goals! I hope it will make your life easier and boosts your confidence when training.

Take the time to watch each video, read the instructions & tips to avoid injury, as well as any exercise variations. Remember, when trying out a new exercise, it’s important to try it out once or twice a week - before introducing it fully into your training routine.

How should you split up your workouts?

Divide your weekly workout into a three-day split where you divide UPPER BODY into a Push/Pull routine over two days and work your LOWER BODY on a separate day.
